1. General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the 88bn platform ("Site", "we", "our") and the user ("you", "your"). You are asked to read and understand these Terms in full before using any 88bn service.

3. Age Restrictions

88bn services are for persons aged 21 or above only. Opening an account for a minor or placing bets on behalf of a minor is strictly prohibited.

At the time of registration, you must declare that you are 21 years of age or older. 88bn reserves the right to verify age at any time and may request a birth certificate or other documents as proof of age if needed. Providing a false age declaration will result in immediate account cancellation and the associated balance may be forfeited.

4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

Each bonus and promotional offer at 88bn has its own terms. The general bonus policy is as follows:

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a welcome bonus of up to 150% on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. A 25x wagering requirement applies to this bonus.

• The bonus amount must meet the specified wagering requirement before it can be withdrawn from the balance.
• Only bets placed on eligible games will count toward wagering calculations.
• If the wagering requirement is not completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Bonuses will not be granted to multiple accounts from the same household or IP address.

4.2 Other Promotions

88bn periodically offers various promotional offers, cashback and reload bonuses. The specific terms of each offer will be detailed on the relevant promotion page. 88bn reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus or promotion.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

The following terms apply to depositing and withdrawing funds at 88bn:

5.1 Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit is ৳200 per method.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.
• You must use an account in your own name when making a deposit. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• Depositing funds from illegal or suspicious sources is strictly prohibited.

5.2 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• Withdrawal funds will be sent only via the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawal requests will not be processed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• In cases of suspicious activity, 88bn reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and conduct an investigation.

6. Betting Rules

The following rules must be followed when conducting betting and gaming activities at 88bn:

• The outcome of each bet will be determined according to the rules of the game and 88bn's decision on this matter is final.
• Any abnormal winnings resulting from a technical error or software issue will be considered void.
• Using multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses or promotions will be treated as fraud.
• Any attempt to manipulate a game or gain an unfair advantage will result in immediate account closure.
• Any attempt to control or influence the outcome of any event in sports betting is strictly prohibited.

7. Account Closure and Suspension

88bn reserves the right to suspend or close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering or other illegal conduct.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Being a minor or operating an account on behalf of a minor.
• The user themselves requests self-exclusion.

You may also request closure of your account at any time through our support team. If a valid balance remains, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw it before the account is closed.

8. Responsible Gaming

88bn gives the highest priority to responsible gaming. We believe that gaming is a form of entertainment and should never be a cause of financial or mental harm.

• You can use deposit limits, session limits or self-exclusion features yourself.
